National Shipping

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Ground shipping usually takes 2-5 business days after the order has been processed. All orders require up to 14 business days for processing. We do not ship to PO boxes and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will begin processing on the next business day. During the holiday shopping seasons, our processing and shipping time may increase. The rodney-white.com Online Store is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to New York State only. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

We offer free shipping on all orders of $250.00 or greater.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the United States, your order will be shipped via a carrier of our choice. Delivery times will vary by destination, however, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments must be made in US dollars. The total amount due for your order does not include customs duties or international taxes. You are responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties that may be levied by local authorities. Please check your country’s import and taxation policies before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If any item(s) that you ordered is/are on back-order, you will also be notified by email when the back-ordered item(s) have been shipped.
